The newsletter module provides a special method of subscribers registering. The method is called "double opt-in". The prospective recipient of your newsletter should not just leave his data in the news subscription form. In order to complete the subscription procedure the subscriber is required to confirm his consent to receive news by following the link in the e-mail, which has been sent to the e-mail address, specified by him. Thus the recipient’s IP is registered. This assures that no one can resent your newsletter sui juris to other people's addresses.

Optionally newsletters can be created and sent automatically. For large web sites and portals the feature of sending news according to different categories is available.
